Comprehensive, filtered Reports can be created for your Incidents. At your disposal are a wide range of intuitive and interactive Reports that offer a powerful and exciting way of viewing and comparing information from your WeTrack system.
Click on Reports in the left hand sidebar to enter the module. View Favourite, Suggested, Draft or Shared Reports, or click ‘Build New Report' to enter the Report builder. From there you can create a tailored Report for your Incidents with any required filters.
Once you have clicked ‘Build New Report’, choose to report on the ‘Control’ module, and choose a Report Type, e.g. ‘Jobs’, and once chosen, you'll see a list of Job Report Templates in a list format underneath.
There, you can choose filters to build a report tailored to your needs. Set a title; apply any filters; choose which columns to see; select any additional information; type any introductory notes; and click 'Preview' to view the report. Should you wish to include checks into the report you're building, be sure to include that in the extra row -
If you want to add another layer to your report, click 'Add Table'.
