Adding a Job (Quick Add)

The quickest way to add Jobs/Tasks is using the quick add fields at the top of the Jobs List.

How to use the quick add functionality

  • Click 'Add Job'

  • Select a category this applies to - EG: Bathroom Maintenance

  • The title will auto populate to include the Job category and date, you can change or edit this by clicking on the title field

  • By default, the Job will be automatically assigned to the user creating it and their department/FA - both of these can be removed by unticking the options

  • Select Enter on your keyboard (on mobile a SAVE button will appear)

The Job will be created as with a due date of today, once created the user can click into the details and amend accordingly
