The Run Sheet Gantt view is a visual timeline tool. It gives a visual representation of all the items within the run sheet created, and how they relate to one another.

The blue line across the top of the tab indicates the start and end time of the run sheet as a whole (depicted by the start time of the initial item and the end time of the last item).

By hovering over the items, you'll see more information such as start and end time for each, as shown below. By hovering over the icon to the left of the item you'll see who the item is assigned.

To edit an item, you can double click on it within this view to open a pop up with the details.

To quickly move an item, simply drag it with your mouse to the desired time. You should receive a pop up confirming your change once you have let go of your mouse.
