If you need to reset your password to access the WeTrack system, you can do so by following these steps.

Please note that if your organisation is hosting WeTrack on their own infrastructure and you try to reset your password through the WeTrack website, you wont receive a reset password email. You will need to follow the steps below.

  • Go to your organisations WeTrack login page - if you're unsure of this link, ask your systems administrator.

  • Click 'Forgotten Password' underneath the login fields

  • When clicking on this field, you'll be asked to enter your email & should receive an email to reset your password.
