The Live Tracker view - available from the left-hand sidebar in the Readiness module - gives you a view of the evaluations happening on a particular day of activities. This gives you a headline view of which evaluations are passing and failing, at which venues, and why.
This page gives you statistics and widgets full of detail about today's evaluations, allowing you to track and follow up in real-time. At the top of the view, you'll see the following statistics:
Evaluations Started: this is the number of evaluations happening on that day with a status of 'Active' or 'Submitted';
Active Evaluations: this is the number of evaluations currently being carried out;
Failed Evaluations: this is the number of evaluations happening today with a GRAB of Red / Failed;
Submitted: this is the number of evaluations happening on that day with a status of 'Submitted', with a GRAB breakdown for those submitted evaluations just below.
Below the headline statistics, you will see the following information widgets:
Failed Evaluations: this is a list of evaluations happening today with a GRAB of Red / Failed;
Partial Evaluations: this is a list of evaluations happening today with a GRAB of Amber / Partial;
Evaluation GRABs: this chart shows a breakdown of GRAB results for each type of capability that is being evaluated on that day;
Lesson Tracker: this is a list of Lessons linked to submitted evaluations on the day in question.
For other useful views of your Readiness programme, use the sidebar to choose either your lists of Capabilities, Activities and Evaluations, or a Calendar or Dashboard view.
