We have added a new item type into our Incident Management System, called Logs. This allows users to note down things that happen on event-day that aren't incidents. These can be added from a 'Quick Add' field in many different parts of the system.

The quickest way to add a Log is in the Incident List or Log List, both available from the left-hand sidebar. Simply click 'Quickly add a Log' towards the top of the page, and start typing. Press Enter to create the Log.

To later add more information, simply click the Log in the Log List. To add a comment, escalate a Log to an Incident, or archive a Log, click the 3 dots on the right-hand side of that Log's tile, and select the required option.

Alternatively, Logs can be added by clicking 'Add' in the top right-hand corner of the page. This opens up the 'Add Log' modal and allows you to add more information from the outset.
