Active Checklists Summary

In event control, to track and interact with checks as they are being carried out, navigate to 'Checklists Summary' in the left-hand sidebar. Here you can review the results of checks live as they are being recorded, communicate with the individuals carrying out the checks, and set resolution statuses for unsure or failed checks.

The Checklists Summary page looks like this:

It shows you the following information:

  • Checklists Started: the number of checklists that have started out of the total number of active checklists.

  • Checklists in Progress: the number of checklists that are in progress, i.e. started but not completed.

  • Checklists Completed: the number of checklists completed and the percentage of active checklists completed.

  • Checks Failed: the number of checks failed out of the total number of checks marked with a result.

  • Checks Marked 'Fail': a list of the checks that have been marked as 'Fail'. Here you can click into a check to open the checks modal, where you can comment, add attachments, and set a resolution status.

  • Checks Marked 'Unsure': a list of the checks that have been marked as 'Unsure'. Here you can click into a check to open the checks modal, where you can comment, add attachments, and set a resolution status.

Each check will display its resolution status. Any Failed or Unsure checks that come in will automatically display a status of 'Awaiting Resolution', allowing you to see any live checks which require action in event control. Click into a check to open the checks modal to change the resolution status, or view or add comments and attachments to interact with the individual carrying out the check.

Lower in the page, you can view a breakdown of your checks by zone, and a full audit history for your checklists module.
