Manage your readiness programme

The Settings area lets admin users customise the following readiness data, by clicking on your avatar in the bottom left-hand corner of any WeTrack page and navigating to Settings > Readiness:

  • Severities. Here you can customise your severity scale. This can be used in relation to the severity of response to a capability when it is evaluated. For example, if you are checking if the fire alarms are working correctly, that should be treated with a high severity.

  • Capability Types: Build your list of capability types so that you can categorise your capabilities in effective ways for filtering and reporting.

  • Activity Types: Build your list of activity types so that you can categorise your activities in effective ways for filtering and reporting.

  • Lesson Types: Build your list of lesson types so that you can categorise your lessons in effective ways for filtering and reporting.

  • Action Types: Build your list of action types so that you can categorise your actions in effective ways for filtering and reporting.

  • Checklists: Evaluation feedback checklists are an essential part of your readiness programme, and you can manage them here. Read this article to learn about the workflow for creating feedback checklists and assigning them to evaluations.

In Imports & Exports, you can bulk-import and bulk-modify Capabilities, Activities, and Evaluations.

In User Control, you can Add, Delete and invite Users. In the profile page for each user, you can control whether they have access to the Readiness module, and limit the ability to add or edit items. Check out our full Users & Permissions support section here.
