Setting up the activities in your readiness programme
There are three ways to create new activities. You can click ‘Add’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and select ‘Add Activity’; you can click '+ Activity' at the top of any list of activities; or you can import activities in bulk using the WeTrack importer. The latter is explained in the article here. Clicking on either of the former opens up the Add Activity modal, where you input the following information:
Activity Type: admin users can pre-set the options here in the Settings area, found by clicking on your avatar in the bottom left-hand corner of any WeTrack page;
Date on which the activity will take place;
Owner(s) responsible for the activity;
The event to which the activity relates;
You can then either save the activity and view its details, save and add another activity straightaway, or save and close.
