WeTrack's Incident Management System is the incident or issue tracking system that operations teams switch to at or just before event time. It allows for any problem to be reported/logged, geolocated to a precise location at your site, assigned to those responsible for resolving it, and marked as complete once it no longer poses an issue.
Incidents are assigned to one or more venues/projects and departments/FAs/teams, have differing levels of severity, can be assigned to one or more action owners (whose responsibility it is to resolve them), can have documents attached and comments added, and much more. WeTrack's varied permissions mean that users can be assigned access only to a specific venue or department, or combination thereof, or can be assigned a higher access level whereby they can see and edit all incidents. They can also be marked as confidential, meaning that only those assigned as action owners will be able to see or update them.
Incident severity is graded by a traffic light system, as per the below. How your organisation sets the parameters for these gradings will be specific to your own needs, and the below provides just a guideline of how these work.
LOW SEVERITY - Incidents that have little effect on the running of your project or event, but need recording nonetheless.
MEDIUM SEVERITY - Incidents that may have a detrimental effect on the running of your project or event and must be dealt with quickly in order that they do not escalate into something more serious.
HIGH SEVERITY - Incidents that may have a serious effect on the running of your project or event, and may result in it being called off or ending prematurely.
COMPLETE - Once they have been resolved and pose no further threat to the running of your project or event, incidents are marked as Complete.
