The Dashboard is the hub of the WeTrack system and provides a quick overview of overall progress, as well as what Tasks are coming up, what activity has just been taking place, and widgets providing information on local weather and a countdown to a specific date in your project.

The top section of the page allows you to apply varied filters to the information below. You can add multiple filters by selecting the + icon and then save the views you plan to come back to by clicking the actions dropdown on the right.

The next container gives a summary of the RAG status of your Tasks, Milestones, Risks & Issues (if your switched on) and Projects (Project RAGs are aggregated from the RAG status of all the Tasks they contain) - choose the appropriate tab to view the summary you would like to see. Clicking on any one of these coloured summary boxes will take you through to a list of items filtered to the RAG colour you have selected.

What follows are four separate boxes, as follows:

  • Upcoming Items (left): this widget shows the items (tasks, sub-tasks, risks, issues and action steps) which are due in the next 30 days. Click on any title to view full details, or edit the RAG straight from the table.
  • Overdue Items (right): this widget shows any items which are past their due date. Completed tasks and closed risks/issues are excluded from this list. Click on any title to view full details or edit the RAG straight from the table.
  • Countdown Timer (bottom left): a countdown clock showing the time until a date of your choosing (editable by system administrators within the Customise System section of admin settings).
  • Weather (bottom right): the current weather and 3 day forecast for a location of your choosing (editable by system administrators within the Customise System section of admin settings).
