When adding a new user (or editing the profile of an established user) you have the option to assign them various roles, as seen in this image. Each of the roles is explained below.
Finance Manager: Can see and use the budget fields and finance reports, if that module is activated in your system.
User Manager: Can add and edit new Users and their permissions. Only Admin users can be assigned this role but not all Admin users are User Managers by default.
Risk Manager: If Risks are activated in your system, this allows someone to edit and delete Risks (everyone with write permissions can create Risks).
Sees Confidential Risks: Only if you check this box or make someone a System Administrator can they see Risks that are classed as confidential.
- Views: Select which of the Dashboard summaries you would like this user to be able to see.
